Initial 20 Minute Phone Consultation

I am happy to answer any questions you have. During this phone call we would discuss if I am the right person to help you at this time and if this type of assessment would be appropriate for your needs. If I am not right for your needs, I will offer you referrals for other providers who might be a better fit.
Initial Consultation
$500
During this approximately two hour meeting we would discuss your current situation and if testing would make sense. Often people will sign up for just this meeting if they are not certain that testing is right for them, but they would like an extended conversation with more history shared to get a second opinion from a psychologist who specializes in psychological testing. Please call for an initial 20 minute phone consultation to discuss if you think this meeting might be best for you. If you end up completing a full assessment afterward, the price of the assessment would be reduced by $500 as your initial meeting fee would already paid.
Adult Assessment
$3500 (paid in $500 installments)
The adult assessment includes all work done for the assessment. The fixed fee includes the initial consultation, testing sessions, processing sessions, feedback sessions, a letter with testing results answering your questions directly, any follow up sessions you might want, and all my work on the back end (selecting tests, scoring, interpreting, consulting, writing, etc.).
Teen Assessment
$4500 (paid in $500 installments)
The teen assessment includes all work done for the assessment. The fixed fee includes the initial consultations with both adults and teen, testing sessions, processing sessions for teens and adults, two separate letters with testing results for adults and your teen answering each of your questions, feedback sessions, any follow up sessions, and all my work on the back end (selecting tests, scoring, interpreting, consulting, writing, etc.).
Child Assessment
$4500 (paid in $500 installments)
The child assessment includes all work done for the assessment. The fixed fee includes the initial consultations with both adults and child, testing sessions, processing sessions for child and adults, written results summaries for adults and a separate one for your child answering each of your questions, feedback sessions, any follow up sessions, and all my work on the back end (selecting tests, scoring, interpreting, consulting, writing, etc.).
Couples Assessment
$5500 (paid in $500 installments)
The couples assessment includes all work done for the assessment. The fixed fee includes the initial consultation, testing sessions for both of you, processing sessions for both of you, a written results summary for each of you, feedback sessions, any follow up sessions, and all my work on the back end (selecting tests, scoring, interpreting, consulting, writing, etc.).
Minnesota works hard to ensure the safety and care of consumers of mental health services. It is a value I am glad is part of our experience in this state. As part of those efforts, the state added requirements in 2022 that the following information be included on providers’ websites. For your convince as you consider my services, you can view my privacy practices by clicking the link above. There is also information linked above about the No Surprises Act, which is meant to protect consumers of medical services from getting unexpectedly high bills. Please know that you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” before any of my services begin.
The spirit of what the state now requires has always been part of my intake and consent packet. This is a set of documents that I require all potential clients (or their caregivers) to read and sign before an assessment can begin. You will always know exactly what my fees are before agreeing to any assessment and you can discontinue the assessment at any time.
